NINTHPROTOCOL

For those who answer to no one.

A private procurement firm. Conflict-free. Discreet. Accountable to one principal only.

§II The Model

How I am paid

I work for one side of the table.

Ninth Protocol

I work for you. Only.

  • Fee agreed with the client in advance
  • No commissions from any third party
  • No preferred suppliers or partners
  • One principal at a time
  • Discretion enforced beyond the mandate
Concierge firms

Compensated by suppliers.

  • × Client fees plus supplier commissions
  • × Preferred-vendor agreements
  • × Incentivised to close every deal
  • × Scaled across many clients at once
  • × Conflict of interest by design

Transparency

Most procurement firms hide their margins inside supplier commissions. I publish my fee in full, before any mandate begins.

My Fee Structure

Tier I

$10,000 – $250,000

USD 500

flat, per acquisition

Tier II

Above $250,000

0.5% 1.0%

of acquisition value, agreed in advance

  • No commissions
  • No markups
  • No third-party kickbacks

Minimum acquisition value $10,000 USD

A fiduciary relationship cannot survive alongside a commission. I chose the relationship.

§III Capabilities

What I am retained to do

Four disciplines. One standard.

01

Automotive & Aviation

The car you want rarely sits on a listing. It is held privately, promised elsewhere, or built only on request. I care about the difference between the reference that matters and the one that merely costs, and I pursue it the way this market is actually navigated: quietly, and on your behalf alone. Hypercars, collector vehicles, JDM, coachbuilt commissions, private aircraft. Found, secured, delivered.

02

Horology & Collectibles

A waitlist is not a relationship. The pieces that matter rarely surface in public, and they are never found by asking loudly. I work the way this market works: patiently, precisely, and only for you. Patek, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, and the objects that hold their value across a lifetime.

03

Experiences & Access

Some things cannot be bought, only arranged. The invitation, the table, the moment that is not on any public calendar. I approach access with the same discretion I bring to everything else, and I build the itinerary around what you actually want from the time, not around what is simple to book.

04

Logistics & Project Direction

The hardest part is rarely the acquisition. It is everything after: the build, the restoration, the moving of something irreplaceable across borders without a mark on it. I direct the whole of it, so the only thing that reaches you is the result.

§IV Contact
